Privacy Policy

A clear account of what Scorvia AI processes, why it is needed and how users can control their information.

Effective 26 August 2026 · Last updated 26 August 2026
01

Scope

This policy applies to Scorvia AI at ai.scorvia.in, including its accounts, project workspaces, AI reviews, subscriptions and support interactions. It does not govern third-party websites that users choose to visit.

02

Information we process

We may process account identity details, project names and context, prompts, uploaded files, generated responses, usage and subscription records, device and security logs, and support communications.

Do not upload unnecessary patient identifiers, protected health information, passwords, payment-card data or other highly sensitive information.

03

How information is used

  • Authenticate users and protect individual workspaces.
  • Provide AI-assisted healthcare engineering analysis and save requested work.
  • Administer subscriptions, usage allowances, support and service notices.
  • Prevent misuse, investigate security events and improve reliability.
  • Meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
04

AI and service providers

Prompts and selected file contents may be transmitted through Scorvia's server-side integration to OpenAI for generation of the requested response. Identity, hosting, database, billing and infrastructure providers process only the information needed for their functions. Payment-card details are entered with the configured payment provider and are not stored by Scorvia AI.

05

Sharing and sale

Scorvia does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with contracted processors, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or in connection with a legitimate business restructuring subject to appropriate safeguards.

06

Retention and deletion

Account, project, conversation and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes and comply with law. Users may request correction or deletion through the official Scorvia support channel. Some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention or financial reporting requires it.

07

Security

Scorvia uses HTTPS, authenticated workspace access, server-side secrets, ownership checks and payment-webhook validation. No internet service is risk-free. Users must protect their sign-in account, enable multi-factor authentication where available and promptly report suspected misuse.

08

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are verified before account information is disclosed or changed.

09

Children and changes

The service is intended for adults and professional users, not children. Material policy changes will be posted in the application with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
